Our team developed a planning scheme custom tailored to the homeowner’s immediate and long-term needs. Leveraging the unique lot and building configuration, the ground floor hosts a single car garage, powder room, and office space. The upper floor consists of an open concept living, kitchen, and dining space with a large walkout patio justified towards the rear. A principal bedroom and bathroom sit off of the laneway. The building is clad in a two-tone scheme that accentuates the building’s geometry with grey stucco and metal plank siding, fitting perfectly into place with the existing home on the property.
