Our team developed a planning scheme custom tailored to the homeowner’s immediate and long-term needs. Leveraging the unique lot and building configuration, the ground floor hosts an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that overlook the garden at the rear. A principal bedroom is located on the lower level with a 3-piece bath and den which opens up to a patio at the rear with large sliding glass doors. The building is clad in a single tone scheme that accentuates the building’s geometry with grey fiber cement plank siding, fitting perfectly into place with the existing home on the property.
