The design of this 3-bedroom 2-bath laneway suite is sculpted by the laneway suite by-laws, maximizing interior space on the upper level while accommodating covered parking off of the laneway. The ground floor hosts a open concept living, kitchen, and dining space while the second floor is reserved for the bedrooms.
